Fort Worth Day 4, TX

I drove all night and should've used a truckstop shower. Instead, I had to wait for a hotel to open a room. I slept in the car on and off all morning while it rained.

I'm not sure what it means to utilize a room to it's full capacity, but $1199.00 seems a bit steep for a king and shoddy tv.

The Van Cliburn Foundation is in Fort Worth.

Big art at the modern art museum.

Forth Worth is a fine step towards the Mississippi. There are trees, until desert in the wild west Texas.

After two hours of looking for BBQ on a Sunday evening, I gave up. Many were closed Sunday, for the season, or for good.

Peppered sirloin seemed like an acceptable finish. Ziegenbock is a nice amber beer that's only available in Texas.
